1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the ManyKeep mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. IMPORTANT ACCESS CODE WARNING
2.1 Access Codes Cannot Be Recovered
THE APP IS DESIGNED SO THAT NO ONE — INCLUDING THE DEVELOPER — CAN RECOVER YOUR ACCESS CODES. ManyKeep is an offline, on-device vault. Access codes are stored only as one-way hashes; there is no email reset, no security question, no support process to unlock your data, and no cloud backup of your codes.
2.2 If You Lose Your Master Code
If you forget the master access code:
- You will lose access to every album in the vault
- The photos and videos stored inside become permanently unreadable
- Reinstalling the App or contacting support cannot recover them
- Your only option is to clear the App’s data and start over
2.3 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Memorizing or safely storing your master access code
- Choosing a code you will remember
- Setting an optional hint that helps you (and only you) recall the code
- Maintaining your own backups of the original photos and videos before importing them, if you wish to keep an extra copy outside the vault
- Keeping your device passcode and biometric settings secure, as the App relies on the operating system’s protections
3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
ManyKeep provides the following features:
- A private photo and video vault that lives only on your device
- Multiple per-album access codes with role-based permissions (manage, contribute, view)
- Album organization, thumbnails, and recycle bin
- Optional file-level AES-256-GCM encryption for individual albums
- Biometric (Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint) unlock as a convenience layer
- Light, dark, and premium theme styles
- Localization in English and Thai
The App is intended solely as a personal organization and privacy tool. It does not transmit your photos or videos to any server.
4. USER OBLIGATIONS
By using ManyKeep, you agree to:
- Use the App only for content you have the legal right to store
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not use the App to store, share, or distribute content that depicts the sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or any other content prohibited by law
- Keep your master access code, secondary codes, and device unlock secret confidential
- Take responsibility for backing up content you cannot afford to lose
- Comply with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding personal data and digital content
5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
5.1 No Warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANYKEEP AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any loss of photos, videos, or other data, including loss caused by a forgotten access code, an uninstall, a device wipe, an OS upgrade, or hardware failure
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Interruption of service or App availability
- Any unauthorized access to content stored on a device that has been left unlocked, jailbroken, rooted, or otherwise compromised
- Any third-party claim relating to content you choose to store in the App
5.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ManyKeep, its developers, and affiliates from any claims arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- The content you choose to store in the App
- Your violation of any rights of another party
6. PRIVACY AND DATA
6.1 On-Device Storage
- All photos, videos, albums, access codes (as hashes), and metadata are stored locally on your device
- Nothing is transmitted to ManyKeep, the developer, or any third-party server
- The App does not require an account, email address, or sign-up
- You are solely responsible for backing up the data you keep in the App
6.2 Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://app.asr.co.th/manykeep/policy.
7. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS
7.1 Free and Premium Features
- ManyKeep is free to use with limits: up to 2 albums and 30 photos per album. Photo-only; video imports are premium-only.
- Premium subscriptions remove these limits, enable video imports, unlock multi-access-code sharing, and unlock premium theme styles.
- Subscription details, including the exact title, length, and price for your region, are shown on the in-app paywall before any purchase is confirmed.
7.2 Plans
- ManyKeep Premium Monthly — 1-month auto-renewing subscription
- ManyKeep Premium Yearly — 1-year auto-renewing subscription, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers (where available)
7.3 Auto-Renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device’s App Store / Google Play account settings
- Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until it ends
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
7.4 Refunds
Refund policies are governed by the respective app store’s policies (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). The developer does not process refunds directly.
7.5 Grandfather-and-Block
If your subscription lapses, content already stored in the App remains readable, but you will not be able to add new albums or photos beyond the free-tier limits, and video imports will be disabled, until you re-subscribe.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Ownership
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by ManyKeep and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8.3 Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos and videos you import into the App. The App does not claim any rights to your content.
9. PROHIBITED USES
You may not:
- Use the App to store or share content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and non-consensual intimate imagery
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the App
- Attempt to bypass the access code mechanism, the encryption layer, or any other security feature
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
- Misrepresent the App’s capabilities, security guarantees, or origin
10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or on the App’s website. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to App updates and premium features immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Because the App stores your data on your device, terminating support does not delete your local data — but future updates and premium subscription benefits may become unavailable.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ManyKeep regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
BY USING MANYKEEP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE.
REMEMBER: MANYKEEP CANNOT RECOVER A LOST ACCESS CODE. WRITE YOUR MASTER CODE DOWN OR STORE IT IN A PASSWORD MANAGER. IF YOU LOSE IT, YOUR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS ARE GONE.
