1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the MedicPing mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

2.2 Healthcare Professional Consultation

• Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice
• Never make changes to your medication regimen without consulting your doctor
• The App does not replace professional medical judgment or care
• In case of medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately

2.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Accurately entering medication information
• Following your healthcare provider's instructions
• Verifying medication dosages and schedules with your prescriptions
• Ensuring the accuracy of all data entered into the App

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

MedicPing provides the following features:

• Medication inventory tracking and management
• Reminder notifications for medication schedules
• Basic medication information storage
• Pill count tracking
• Medication history logging

The App is intended solely as an organizational tool to help you manage your medication schedule and inventory.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

By using MedicPing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical advice
• Verify all medication information with your healthcare provider
• Keep your medication information confidential and secure

5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

5.1 No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDICPING AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any medical complications or adverse health outcomes
• Missed medications or incorrect dosages
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or information
• Interruption of service or App availability

5.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedicPing, its developers, and affiliates from any claims arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any medical decisions made based on App usage
• Your violation of any rights of another party

6. PRIVACY AND DATA

6.1 Data Storage

• All medication data is stored locally on your device
• No medical information is transmitted to external servers without your explicit consent
• You are responsible for backing up your data

6.2 Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS

7.1 Free and Premium Features

• Basic features are available free of charge
• Premium features require a paid subscription
• Subscription details are available within the App

7.2 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
• Payment will be charged to your App Store account
• Manage subscriptions through your device's App Store settings

7.3 Refunds

Refund policies are governed by the respective app store's policies (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by MedicPing and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
• Share your account with others
• Use the App to practice medicine or provide medical advice to others
• Misrepresent the App's capabilities or purpose

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
